In order to design the home you’ve always envisioned, we dedicate ourselves to getting to know you and your family. We take into account your current home functions and what a successful project outcome would look like from your perspective. We work with you closely and are always open to your ideas and feedback as we finalize design direction.
We coordinate with our team of skilled home designers and architects to design a home for you that considers functionality, the needs of your lifestyle, and your budget.
Once we have completed the design of your home, we will provide a detailed construction budget based on the specifications of the project. This detailed budget is reviewed throughout the build, with accurate, real-time actuals as we go. Using integrated construction software, access to your portal can be seen anytime.
Beginning with the necessary paperwork and documentation, Bravada Homes will submit to your local municipality for building permit approval. Construction will begin, along with direct access and communication with us along the way. Weekly progress updates, as well as regular site meetings are all part of the building process and our commitment to you. Bravada is there every step of the way to coordinate and assist with design & selections for your new home.
Your new home comes with a 2-5-10 warranty through Travelers Canada. Scheduled walk-throughs take place after key hand over and milestone dates throughout the warranty period.
